From one account to another...as long as you control both from your app...shouldn't be a problem at all.

You won't be charged UNLESS you exceed the limit on the number of transfers in a month.

All major banks allow a free transfer from savings to checking, but most banks impose a fee penalty, if you do it too many times within a month.
