Attend free seminars, open houses, etc. to obtain free food.
Use public bathrooms. Shower at a gym or pool.

Put a loaded mouse trap in your pocket. When it snaps down on your fingers, you will be reminded to not spend money. Electro-shock therapy also works.

Some frugal freaks wash out plastic bags or foil, to reuse. In truth, this can be a huge roach and pest magnet, and exterminators cost a lot more than a few bags.

live at home with placid parents who wouldn't demand u pay them for living there and mooch off them. when my children were still living at home but finished high aschool i demanded they paid me every month 300 expenses for food and accommodation. when they moved out i gave them all the money back as a move out gift

1. Reuse the toilet paper or if you’re European, wash it.
2. Siphon gas off your neighbors’ cars.
3. Throw your clothes in someone else’s washer and dryer at the laundry.
4. If you work near a mall or galleria, go to the food court and ask every eatery for a sample of their food or eat their free samples.
