If you have left this comment here, you have access to a computer. If you have truly been affected by ransomware, which is what you are describing, you can try removing it with some basic anti ransomware programs like this --

Never, ever open an attachment in email from someone you do not know.
Also just turn your computer on and off, or leave a browser and reopen it when you get a message like this. It could be a ploy to get you to call some fake "customer support" number to remove the "virus" which is just a way of ripping you off.

Not sure but best thing would be too factory reset your computer and install a good antivurus and anti spyware etc such as Malaware Bytes to be on safe side. Also change your passwords on everything
