    Assuming the lower strand is "sense" and aligned, then you break it into triplets:

    5'-GCA TGT ACC ATC GGG TAG ... -3'

    You recognize that 5'-TAG-3' is a DNA STOP codon.

    The codon just before that terminator is going to code for the carboxyl end amino acid. You can see that the codon just before the STOP is 5'-GGG-3'.
