How come so many atheist are so rude and demeaning?

Question

Can't tell you how many times I've seen a religious question and there is always at least 3 people who say something rude or sarcastic to them. Honestly atheist are worse then christians now when it comes to this. They're always and i mean ALWAYS telling people their close minded or ignorant to believe in God or an afterlife and nobody cares what they think because they have faith. Honestly atheist do you realize your opinion means nothing. I only care enough to write this as it takes a minute to write just wanted yahoo atheist to know you guys are worse then christians telling people what to believe thinking you're smarter and even if you do you are the only one that thinks that /:

It strange to see how many people are unable to tell fiction and reality apart and how little people actually care about the difference.

Well, that is part of the problem. Faith and the pride people have in their faith. Because faith is only good, when it is in accordance with reality. I could have faith that I can fly by flapping my arms up and down. That faith would never enable me to fly, and taken seriously, it would bring me into dangerous situations.

I could also have faith that there is a diamond the size of a refrigerator buried in my backyard, because I don't want to die poor. That faith would make me feel safe and rich, but it would be lying to myself.
Faith itself is not good.
