Its pretty straightforward, there are schools that teach the specifics of how to deal various casino games. There is a lot more to it than you might realize. For example you have to know exactly how to manipulate the cards, how to change money for chips, how to manage your chip tray, etc.

I know a few people who worked as casino dealers. You don't earn much pay, but generally earn half decent tips. Its a decent side job if you don't mind the hours and the atmosphere. Its probably not a good long term career goal, you make what you make, you won't move up with experience.

If you are looking for dealer schools, then google is your friend.

My cousin's wife was a dealer and had to attend a school and get a certificate of successful completion before she could get a job. Then there was a period of on-the-job training and orientation before she could begin earning money. Then, as a new employee, she got assigned the worst shifts. Some new dealers hate the fact that their every move, every hand move, every finger move, is being watched on camera by management.
