I have curly hair and straight bangs. I usually straighten my bangs daily, will it cause heat damage? How can I prevent it?

Straightening hair will always damage it so doing it everyday is even worse the only way to prevent it is to avoid heat. It's always gonna be counterproductive if you're wanting healthy hair and u use heat.

Then keep it curly for a change to give your hair a test from the heat in the straighteners

Heat added daily does not give your hair enough time calm down. To prevent heat damage, don't iron it every day, use a heat protectant when you do, and make sure your hair is moisturized.

It will cause heat damage but just make sure you’re using a heat protector in your hair before straightening. Since bangs are short and need to be trimmed pretty often it’s east to keep them healthy but you probably shouldnt use heat on them everyday

Just make sure you do not leave the heat on your hair very long. If smoke is already coming from it before you put it on your hair it's too hot. Use a thermal protection hair spray before using any heat.
