What to get my father for Christmas?

Something practical like slippers? New winter gloves? Does he live by himself? Maybe a gift card to a grocery or food delivery? He can order what he wants online and it can be delivered to his home. My dad loved to read, so we all gave him gift cards to his favorite book store- Borders was around at the time. If your dad is comfortable with the computer, maybe an Amazon gift card so he can order books, movies, cds?

Fancy hip flask, Wallet / Notebook, Good quality gloves, Digital Radio for his shed / room.

Men usually like getting booze, they can al waya do with more of that.

Could he use a good phone charger or something like that? I find the one that comes with the iphone is not fast enough, and think a snazzier type would be easier/work better. Or maybe a charger for the car.

If he still shaves regularly, I would recommend a subscription to Harry's Shaving Club. It's not expensive, and they send you a really nice razor and a regular supply of blades, delivered on a schedule that you determine.

Take him on a trip in the New year, just you and him quality time together, nice food, some drinks lots of talking.
