i have bpd and the teacher knows i have a disability. What should I do? I don't want to do my assignments and I suck at presenting, the teacher is making us present without reading.

Nonsense. All this psychology crap is nonsense. Just read your Bible and enjoy life. I understand the class is hard (I’m also in college; just freaking need 5 more points to pass calculus 3..) But I don’t believe in psychology. I was once diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. (I’m not sure if you meant that or bipolar disorder) but yeah. Apparently it’s now “gone”. I think it was all in my head to be honest, but to each their own.

You need to go to your college adviser or if your school has a student disability office go there. You need to know what your are entitled to with your diagnosed disability.

Your teacher may not have to give you any extra consideration for oral presentations.

You say you don’t want to do the assignment and you suck at presentations. Not a reason to get out of the assignment. How does that tie to your disability?

You have a choice; take your medication, do your assignments, and practice your presentation, or give in to yourself, don't do the assignments, blow the presentation, and fail. Your call.

    Peace.

Come to an understanding as to why you failed, learn from it, get over it, retake the class, and move on with your life. You're hardly the first person to fail a college class and you won't be the last. Just don't make a habit out of it. I failed a few classes including failing psychology 101 twice before barely passing it the third time. I still graduated and I have a really good paying job. It's not the end of the world, so buck up and do what needs to be done.

You get extra help, and don't expect special treatment. Nobody wants a nurse that failed a course because then that means the nurse is deficient in that area, and that is not good for anyone. Would you want a doctor, mechanic, pilot or anyone else doing a job for you that failed a course but was allowed to slide because they had some sort of a disability? No way. So you get on it and find a way; extra tutoring or whatever you need to do to overcome the problem and get through it. No excuses. You'll be proud of yourself when you get through it!
