Which two parks should we visit at Disney?

We're going to Disney world this coming summer. We're doing Disney parks for two days, as well as sea world and visiting the ocean too. So only two days at Disney. Definitely plan to do magic Kingdom..what would be your vote for the 2nd day. Kids are ages 13-boy, 12-girl, 10-boy, 9-girl

Update:

We're actually going mid May so not quite summer

Only do the Magic Kingdom and go back and repeat a couple rides if you do everything. Not enough time to do more "worlds".

I agree that Animal Kingdom is a good second park right now. I usually prefer Hollywood Studios to Animal Kingdom, but it's got work going on now and I don't find it quite as enjoyable.

Animal Kingdom has some great rides, attractions, and shows. Everyone should enjoy that.

My suggestion pick base on rides.

    Animal Kingdom:

    Avatar flight of passage

    Na'vi River Journey

    Expedition Everest

    Kali River rapids

    Hollywood Studio

    Slinky dog dash

    Rock and Roll costar

    Tower of Terror

    Epcot

    World showcase

    Soarin around the world

    test track

    mission space

    Space ship earth

These are some of the rides in each park.

Hollywood Studio have a lot of star wars and toy story, which might be good for the ages of your children.

Animal Kingdom could be fun for their age as well.

I would say check each park and talk to your children.

If your children are into animals, Hollywood studios would not be the choice for your.

Until the construction is finished at Hollywood Studios, I'd say Animal Kingdom.

The new Pandoraland is supposed to be amazing and there are many very good rides, as well as the animal exhibits.

But I'd recommend checking the online 'crowd calendars' before booking, and getting your Fastpasses booked as soon as possible. In the summer it's going to be crazy busy, extremely hot, and the lines are going to be very long.

Summer is the worst time to go. It's very hot and crowded. 1 day is not enough to do much in Magic Kingdom, as you spend most of your time in line. I like Epcot, but it may not be the most popular with the kids.

On a park hopper, animal kingdom and Epcot, single park, just animal kingdom

I loved the cool 4D avatar ride at . Animal kingdom. I also like magic Kingdom. Both Epcot and Hollywood studios seem small in the category of things to do.

The one thing I hate about Disney is the lines. You spend 80% of your time in lines. I spent hours and hours in lines. I loved the new avatar but a 2 hour wait. Some rides might take 3 hours and that's not a lie. You must get a RESERVATION if you want the character buffet or you will wait 2 1/2 hour without it. If you have reservations it might take 40min to eat.

I would also recommend Universal Studios FL. They do give you free fast (((Unlimited))) passes for the preferred hotels. You walk to the front of the line. The new 4D/HD rides are really cool. The Harry Pottery ride is cool with the new wind , water sprinkle and smells. The Simpson/Shrek/The Mummies rides are awesome. The blue man show is cool. If you stay at the park hotels they have a cool boat that takes you straight to the park which is cool. The boat runs all day and it's fast.

Also if you go to Universal Studios FL try the Volcano Nachos at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville . It is GIANT and can feed 6 people. It is not spicy unless you want peppers. The Uptown margaritas is the best. The Chocolate Factory has cool shakes. Red velvet shake with a cup cake on top. They have weird flavored candy. Example peanut butter flavored cotton candy.. They also have a weird place called voodoo donuts which has bizarre/cool donuts.

Animal Kingdom would be your best bet. While Epcot and Hollywood studios are fun, animal kingdom has the most rides and things to do. The other two you could tackle in less than a day, and have only few rides and shows.
