Is there fast internet that is under $20 a month?
I have dial-up.
I live in a room, in a house. I have tried to get fast internet for poor people, but, each company says it's for the whole household and not only for me.
I do not wanna pay for strangers.
Isn't there a fast internet under $20 a month, for MY LAPTOP ONLY?

Your choices depend on where you live. Not every place has every type of service/provider available. Yes, you could buy your own Internet service and not share it with anyone, but I don't think you'll find one for only $20/month, or at least very easily.
You may also try using a mobile hotspot from a cellphone carrier, but I'm pretty sure that will cost more than $20/month.
