    It was coming close in the 80’s and 90’s, especially when baseball was in the steroid era. Baseball is #1. The NFL is on a downswing right now. Low ratings and lack of star power are just a couple reasons why.

    You mean real football, as played by almost every country on the globe not the stupid game called football where the players are such wusses they have to wear armour and they never kick the ball?
