The YA Question to Answer ratio?

In many cases, it seems that the YA users who tend to ask WAY more nonsensical questions than the average user - tend to be the ones with the least to contribute to any actual constructive dialogue. Agree?

    Maybe suggest Yahoo post a Q/A ratio for each user? Spark a new competition?
