    Has it come out for fact as of yet. What he actually did? If it's drugs again, he's an addict, do whatever suspension it is and move on. If it's something like domestic violence, then yes.

    that's what the commissioner list is for. he hast to apply for reinstatement and approved to be accepted back into the NFL.
