Should all Americans contribute to effort on Go Fund Me to build the wall protecting America s rule of law?

There's no way that GFM will reach the $5B goal. Even at the initial $1 million per day rate, which cannot be sustained, it would take more than 13 years to reach that goal. [See source.] And that initial $1 million per day will quickly drop off as the number of wall zealots who haven't contributed drops.

The war vet who started the fund claims he'll give all that money back if the goal is not reached. But I question just how that would be done; how would those funds be returned?
