Sugar is the root of all evil! Jeez, 8oz five times a week is even too much. No wonder there's an obesity epidemic.

Its bad to drink any amount because its loaded with sugar and is empty calories.

Because of the sugar in it.
It makes you gain weight and it causes diabetes. If you're young it wont effect you as bad but as you age, it gets worse.
