It means she's acting like a baby. Do you really want that? I have no idea how old you are...in middle school this might mean she likes you...but even then...blah. If you are a man...you want a woman...not a girl. I mean...goo goo ga ga...
A grown up relationship is comprised of two equal partners...so, unless you talk like a baby...this isn't really cool.
If you are professional...you need a partner who can look colleagues in the eye and offer a confident hello. If you want to build your own business, you need a partner who can understand how to hold down the fort and also stand up for herself and the kiddos when you are busy at work.
So, you don't give much info...but my take on childish is not a friendly one...whether she likes you or not...I recommend that you find a grown up partner for your life's journey.
