I need to eat more oatmeal, but I don't like it plain and can't add sugar, syrup, honey, etc. Any ideas?

Update:

I'm really into spicy/hot things.

You can use it to make savoury biscuits or in a crumb for meat.

As a meal for breakfast, could you add fruit or is that too much sugar? You could add nuts and seeds, maybe even food-grade essential oils for flavour.

Cinnamon goes well with oatmeal. You'll get that bit of spiciness, without any sugars.

Don't eat it. it isn't as good as they say for you. Eggs are better.

You could add cut up fruit to it.
