Is it childish to have a fictional city?

Update:

I live in the real world. I don't pretend it's real, I recognize that it's fictional. I just thought it up for the purpose of "What if I was in charge? How would I run things?" or "What if there was a whole culture based on my personality?" It's not at all like an imaginary friend or anything.
