Because it is pretty obvious you're a moron with no idea how the government works.

I would never vote for anyone with such a poor understanding of the US system of government. We don't vote on the Constitution. Many of us may wish from time to time there was no Congress, but there is, and it isn't going anywhere.

Simple: rewrite some Amendments based on USSC rulings, repeal clearly unconstitutional laws and a fewother things.

You do have to admit that no Congress would also end all the budget battles and the shutting down the government almost everytime we turn around.

The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land and all federal, stste, county and local laws are subordinate to it.

It is clear that each level of government seems to believe they are superior to it and the other levels of government - every state that has a debt is in violation of the U.S. Constitution against states being in debt.

Lawmakers passing unconstitutional laws and passing gun and ammo bans without a vote of the people.

    Placing term limits on politicians.

So basically-get government out of the day to day personal lives of the people and re-establish limits of government power.

    Nope

I would not want to do away with Congress.

I might have if I were alive and faced with this in about 1960. But "the people" are now so poorly educated on the basics of government, philosophy, economics and critical thinking that many of them should barely be allowed vote let alone draft a new constitution.

What's your platform? The Democrats have none.

Maybe, but independents are very unlikely to actually win an election.
