Fake, I agree with Elyad that the government would never volunteer anyone money. Also $6,095 to go back to school? What if you are already done and don't need to go back or you already are in it, since the email is probably sent to multiple people. Plus "See if You're Eligible Now" sounds scammy, don't know why they didn't capitalize "if" cause in a title you would! If you have to put in our email and password and obviously any bank account/card info it's a SCAM. But if you didn't already I wouldn't click on it.
