In which country is the temperature good all year round, never gets hot or cold?

    Italy's west coast line. Loja, Equador. The Canary Islands. Central Valley of Costa Rica. Santa Barbara, CA.

    depends on what you mean by hot. Australia has a few places like that. I live in one. Never shows and the temp stays below 100 F.

    Somewhere like Kigali in Rwanda is the same

    temperature (about 70 deg) all year round.

    If you decide your ideal temperature range, you can find the locations by using a Hardiness zone map.

    But be careful what you wish for, homeless people will be very comfortable sleeping outside in those areas.

    And high humidity is a mosquito disaster.
