To me, I don't see this as being different them playing dress up. My 11 year old is into sci-fi and loves painting so he likes practicing body paint robots and stuff on peoples face/arms/legs. He's actually pretty good and creating realism!

I just read about this yesterday. It is difficult to believe. The parents are perpetrating child abuse and should be prosecuted, jailed, fined, and the children should be placed with parents who care about their welfare.
