Yes, how else could he have appeared with Jesus and Elijah on the Mount of Transfiguration?

    These are not my words:

As many have said Mose means "Son of" in Egyptian. There would have been another part to his name which have referred to him as the son of Hatshepsut, the Egyptian princess who drew him out of the water. When he chose to indentify himself with the hebrews he (Moses) dropped the rest of his Egyptian name. Note other Egyptian names - Ahmose Son of Ah; Thutmose - Son of Thut and Kamose - Son of Ka – user3

The route chosen by the escaping Israelites, from Piramesse to Tjeku (biblical Succoth: Exodus 12:37) and eastwards, was precisely the same that was used by two escaping slaves of the late 13th century BC, during the reign of Seti II as reported in Papyrus Anastasi V.

The only "proof" of his existence is a book full of lies that mentions him. Not even the most obvious evidence (the remains of the drowned army that the pharaoh sent after Moses) has ever been discovered.

There is no evidence to support the existence of any Biblical character before David.

We don't know. All we have is that old story about him.

If he did, the only possible detail of his life preserved might be that he killed a fellow Egyptian officer.
