Did the professors from Harry Potter sh*t themselves while they were giving lectures?

No plumbing? Harry and Ron sorted out a troll in a girls' bathroom in Book 1. Moaning Myrtle lived in a toilet in Book 2 and the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets was there. Ron and Harry took polyjuice potion and transformed into Crabbe and Goyle in a toilet. Moaning Myrtle and bathrooms reappear in Book 4. Harry found the Room of Requirement after remembering Dumbledore talking about needing a toilet urgently. When the DA was hiding in the Room of Requirement in Book 7, the room produced a bathroom when girls arrived. It is likely that toilets are also mentioned in Books 3, 5 and 6 but I can't think of them offhand. Hogwarts seemed to have plenty of plumbing, after all, the basilisk travelled through the pipes in Book 2. And don't forget, to get into the Ministry of Magic the heroes had to flush themselves in through a public lavatory.

there was too plumbing. that girl who got killed by looking at the basilisk in the girls' bathroom. and where they made the poly juice potion. and to get into the Ministry of Magic, (at least in the movie) the gang had to flush themselves in. course those were public restrooms, but still...

As far as I remember there was a ghost who haunted one toilet at least.

"Ooooh, it was dreadful, it happened right in here. I'd hidden because Olive Hornby was teasing me about my glasses. The door was locked, and I was crying, and then I heard somebody come in. They said something funny, a different language, I think it must've been. Anyway, what really got me was that it was a boy speaking. So I unlocked the door to tell him to go and use his own toilet, and then... I died."

Strange as it may seem, that question really never occurred to me.

And I'd like to keep it that way.
