I found a recipe for pie crust but I don’t have unsalted butter does it really matter?

Salted butter will be fine. There is so little salt in the butter you would not be able to tell there is salt in it.
Ignore those that say butter makes the dough tough. Over working it will make it tough.

I've found in my experience it does not affect the crust at all or the taste but if you want to be cautious you can just add a little less salt to your crust

Unsalted has a better flavor which somehow survives in the crust. But no big whoop. It's still butter.

I use salted butter in all my baking, I just dont add as much as the recipe says to.

Pie crust is made with lard. But if you want to use butter, no, whether or not it's salted or unsalted is irrelevant.

It doesn't really matter, the only difference may be flavour but it wont affect it much at all.

Not really. Just cut back on any other salt that is called for in the recipe.
The amount of salt in butter varies from 1/4 to to a full ts in a stick which is why most recipes call for unsalted butter, so you can control the amount of salt in the recipe.
Pie crust almost always calls for a little salt in the crust, just omit that.
