Uploading home movies to YouTube?

When I upload a movie to YouTube, YouTube selects a frame from the movie to display as a thumbnail. The user then clicks on that thumbnail to play the movie.

Is it possible for me to choose my own thumbnail and, if so, how do I do it?

    Yea it is possible----After you upload video and it gets done processing in the upload interface youll see an option to choose a "Custom Thumbnail" underneath the Video Thumbnail section
