The Yankees have been making subtle moves this offseason that caught my attention. They have signed 3 Rockies players (DJ Lemahieu, Adam Ottavino, Troy Tulowitzki). They seem to be setting up to push for Arenado.

Signing former Rockies does not mean they’re going to sign Nolan.
If the Phillies really want machado and Harper then why didn’t they sign former orioles, dodgers, and nationals players.
A team signs players to improve their team unless they’re tanking. They do not sign players to lure other players.
