    Do you actually mean the Menu Bar or the Bookmarks Toolbar, mate?

    Whichever it is, what do you want to know about it?

    If it's to make it appear, right-click on a blank area at the top of an open Firefox page and select which option you require by left-clicking on it. (You can have both the Menu bar AND the Bookmarks Toolbar if you wish.)
