If the Dem. entitlement programs were intended to disable people, cause them to be permanently impoverished and make it so 78% of black children are not born into a family unit that has a father (you remember them) then, yes; They work terrific!

Or is it because there are more unemployed that can’t afford to leave the ghetto? If the programs worked the inhabitants would flee the neighborhood and upgrade.

Proves more that conservative economic and tax policies and actions that tend to only benefit the 1%ers do indeed help the 1% at the expense of most everyone else.
