Who are more likely to be arrogant or deluded enough to claim to know things that they cannot possibly know? A. Christians? Or B. Atheists?

Atheists. How can you know better than someone else what they know when you don't even acknowledge the proper (spiritual) means to make such an observation?

That would be atheists. They cannot possibly know that God doesn't exist. On the other hand, those who have met God and live in daily relationship with Him can be certain of the truth, just like knowing anyone else.

Christians receive the truth from the word of God. I can't tell you where atheists get their truth; each is different.
