Then your belief is wrong. Pence is not Trump and can only be removed from office if he is successfully impeached too.

When you impeach the president, that doesn't mean the vp automatically goes too. So I don't know where you're getting that idea??

I don't know why you think Pence would be removed from office.

But, to answer your question: Although it could happen, it's very unlikely.

If the President is impeached, or is otherwise unable to complete his/her term, the Vice President becomes President. The new President would nominate someone for Vice President, to be confirmed by Congress. Once confirmed, if the new President cannot complete the term, the new Vice President would become President.

So, the Speaker of the House, currently Nancy Pelosi, would become President only if the President becomes unable to complete his/her term during a period in which the Office of Vice President is also vacant.

So, for the Speaker of the House to suddenly become President, both the President and Vice President would have to leave office in a short amount of time.
