Fish as a filling in Mexican food - yes or no?
Does fish (or any kind of seafood) have a place in Mexican food? Or is that a big no-no?
Consider these options....
Fish taco
Fish burrito
Fish quesadilla
Fish nachos
Will that be OK or should the fish be sent back where it belongs with the chips?
what about curried or garlic prawns or seafood mornay or chili crab in a burrito? does it have a chance?

Huachinango Veracruzano
Langosta
Pescado a la Talla

If Mexico has a shoreline - and people fish there, then who is eating the stuff if it is not in their diet already?
Try finding original recipes from the fishing ports there, and use that as a starting point.
