How to be more positive and happy?

Recovering from mental illnesses. Don't want exersice or eating healthy. As I do these things. I color adult coloring books, practice Buddhism, listen to my fav music, write down or print happy quotes and hang them on my wall, I have a himilayn salt lamp, decorate my room with nature (shells,sand, feathers.), let in sunlight. Think outta the box. Ran outta ideas

    Find new things to enjoy. Go out, appreciate nature, take up a new hobby or learn a new skill, you need to expand your mind thats maybe why you feel out of ideas? Good luck :)
