Usually about age 4. Sometimes napping just becomes a bad habit.

Whenever they stop needing naps. For my oldest that was around 3.5 years old, for my youngest a month or two before his third birthday.

Whenever the child outgrows them. That can be before they're two, or they may come home from kindergarten and still nap. It's completely individual.

Anyone who slaps an arbitrary age for all children is making a stab in the dark.
