    I'm confused to what the answers are

  • (f(13 + h) - f(13)) / h =>

    (sqrt(13 + h + 3) - sqrt(13 + 3)) / h =>

    (sqrt(16 + h) - sqrt(16)) / h =>

    (sqrt(16 + h) - 4) / h =>

    (sqrt(16 + h) - 4) * (sqrt(16 + h) + 4) / (h * (sqrt(16 + h) + 4)) =>

    (16 + h - 16) / (h * (sqrt(16 + h) + 4)) =>

    h / (h * (4 + sqrt(16 + h))) =>

    1 / (4 + sqrt(16 + h))

    h = 0.1

    1 / (4 + sqrt(16.1))

    h = 0.01

    1 / (4 + sqrt(16.01))

    And so on

    Let h = 0

    1 / (4 + sqrt(16 + 0)) =>

    1 / (4 + sqrt(16)) =>

    1 / (4 + 4) =>

    1/8

    y - 4 = (1/8) * (x - 13)

    Solve for y
