    They aren't. The right is just in denial about ever being wrong and rely on rhetorical gymnastics to defend their beliefs in the face of reality.

    It's more complex than that. The left recognizes that racial identity matters, but they are anti-white so they're a threat to white people. The so-called mainstream right pretends that racial identity doesn't exist, while puttering around and discussing tax plans. Mainstream politics are a fail.
