Is this paragraph good? Professional? If not, please help me?
To Whom it May Concern,
I have attached to my CV. I am looking forward to speaking with you about this opportunity.
I await your reply.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,

Not good and not professional.
First of all it should be addressed to a person or department not to whom it may concern. If you do not know the specific person you are sending this to at least write “Dear recruiting manager”.
Second, “ I have attached to my CV” is not proper English. Also, do not use abbreviations in a formal setting write I have attached my resume or curriculum vitae .
Third, do not state “I await your reply” you can probably delete this, it sounds choppy and desperate.
Also you need to state why you are a good fit fit the position and your background that can be a good fit. This should be done in the second paragraph after your introduction

Not bad. Short, snappy, to-the-point.
I'd make one tiny change (not because you put it wrong but only because I would say it differently). I'd say 'Thank you for your consideration', because they haven't taken any time with you yet. After you get an interview, THEN you write again and say 'Thank you for your time.'
