How do I remove stains from astro turf?

I have a white nike long sleeve shirt and nike football gloves. I dove to make a catch. I caught the ball and stains ALL on my right arm and my white football gloves. How do i get them out? thanks

    If you're worried about stains on your athletic clothes, you're not getting the point of sports.

    First try scrubbing with dish soap and baking soda..let this sit and then scrub off. If that doesn’t work you could always bleach it considering it’s a white shirt.
