Facebook close my account and my manager said she can't access it because it's lock, what does managers do at Facebook if they are useless?

Useless Facebook manager. She should get fired! Facebook must be closed forever for doing that to you. Facebook is useless!

Facebook may have Done that Due to a Violation of there TOS Terms of Service Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about It I would Read the TOS Terms of Service to see what you may have Done

Managers tend to access employee Facebook accounts so they can see if the employee is genuinely sick, or is flat out lying to the boss so he/she can take a day off doing leisurely activities. They may also look at employee Facebook accounts to see if they are even suitable for the positions given to them.
