Declan Rice declares for England, u mad Irish boys?

Rice knows a good thing when he sees it.

Its whatever glad the decision is out. The reason everyone was so annoyed with him was he made 3 senior appearances, after every game he said he was staying with the Republica. I guess once the world cup happened he was like England were two wins away from being world champions, I could win stuff with these guys. I don't think it was a case of him feeling more English although he obviously does but he has lots of love for Ireland as well. Wish him the best but he seems to have had a change in reputation from this nice guy to a bit of a prick. I think that's more of a media thing, West Ham fans love him, Irish fans loved him. And his versatility will help him get into the England team, competing with Henderson and Dier isn't hard but he is also a very capable centre back. The news is disappointing he had 3 motm displays for us but we all keep moving forward I hope the decision works out for him
