Satan is a spiritual being.....not flesh and blood. JW's are not Satan but their leadership and some members are probably demon possessed and directed by Satan.

For sure, JW's are blinded by and controlled by Satan.

Not necessarily directly attributed to the JW's but it is Satan who is in charge of their false doctrines - "i.e., "doctrines of demons" (1 Timothy 4:1). And in that sense, Satan, as a "roaring lion", has consumed the people that subscribe to the JW false teachings.
