    3 rev/1sec * (2 𝛑 .375 m/ 1 rev) = 7.068583470577035 m/sec

No round to 3 digits since 0.375 has 3

    7.07 m/s

    Circumference is 2*pi*r. 3 of those takes you 3*2*pi*0.375 m = 7.07 m each second.

Your linear velocity is 7.07 m/s.

The distance traveled per rotation is the circumference of the wheel which is 2pi*r. Multiply that by 3 revolutions per second and you will get meters per second.

    (2pi)(.375)(3) ~ 7m/s
