Randi must have one foot in the grave by now and it's been a while since his million dollars has been on offer. Besides the house would have to successfully complete a test twice to win the money, it can't just be deemed to be haunted.

I can. Did you read the part that says the new owners have not witnessed any ghosts. The only thing that proves is some people will believe anything.

Fireball running around drunk and naked in it doesn't prove it's haunted.

The James Randi challenge is no more. It was terminated in 2015 after being unclaimed for over fifty years despite over a thousand attempts to claim it. There are still challenges available. The Australian Skeptics have one worth $100,000 and there is one in Britain as well.
