Is not having companionship and not getting any affection along with some emotional abuse, grounds for a divorce? Or a deal breaker?

    Many would consider these conditions as both and would end the relationship.

    In the USA divorce is "no fault" "Grounds" are not necessary. To me it would be a "deal breaker".

    There's no physical abuse, and he is a hard working man. Emotionally though he's unavailable. Passive aggressive.. And plays video games after work every single day.. Every day. To be fair he's got 2 jobs and is tired.
