How can i stop my heart from dying when i cannot feel it at all?

Ive been torn apart by everyone i have ever loved.

Now i thought i found love and she tore the rest out.

I cannot feel my chest it is like a hollow black hole but it aches but i can feel it.

No matter what i do my heart is dying as if it has a placenta around it and its eating it with out my knowledge.

Help please
