Is it wrong to assume that Trump really is a dumb President, despite the fact people in his own administration keep saying so?

How could a dumb man succeed so wildly in life?

Trump turned Millions into Billions. Trump succeeded wildly in Real Estate and Development. Trump succeeded in the Entertainment Business. Trump defeated 16 other GOP contenders for the nomination, despite being an outsider and with little funding. Trump won the Presidency by defeating a very well funded candidate with lots of political experience and connections. Trump enacted many of his campaign promises including one of his signature promises of tax cuts/reform.

Dumb people simply can't achieve such things.

It at one time might have been, but he proves almost daily that he is, like expecting just because HE newly learned something he should have learned at age 6, that everybody ELSE didn't either, like "Puerto Rico is an island". My fave thing is when he was trying (and failing, as usual) to repeal the ACA he said "health care reform is really difficult". DUH! Why do you think people have been working at it for DECADES and only fairly recently anything CLOSE to what the US needs happened? And let us not forget "Nancy Pelosi - I call her Nancy..." These were all uttered on TV, even on FOX ("the only REAL news station"), so no one can say this is "fake news".
