Who said the following about Fox news?

Fox News’s prime-time anchors “dismiss facts and empirical reality to launch profoundly dishonest assaults on the F.B.I., the Justice Department, the courts, the intelligence community (in which I served) and, not least, a model public servant and genuine war hero such as Robert Mueller.

Update:

“In my view, Fox has degenerated from providing a legitimate and much-needed outlet for conservative voices to a mere propaganda machine for a destructive and ethically ruinous administration,” Colonel Peters wrote in his message, a copy of which was obtained by The New York Times.

Former Fox analyst, Lt. Col. Ralph Peters. And he's right.

Fox should be held accountable for the lies they tell. There's no other mainstream network in US HISTORY that has consistently left its viewers LESS informed about current affairs than people who view no news at all.

Make no mistake. Fox (the Republicans) thrive on their voter base's collective ignorance about domestic and international issues.

It seems the only people who know are the ones that don't watch Fox News. I guess it is the Fox Effect where people who watch no news are better informed than Fox viewers.

Ex Fox News analyst Lt. Col. Ralph Peters.

    He also said:

“Today, I feel that Fox News is assaulting our constitutional order and the rule of law, while fostering corrosive and unjustified paranoia among viewers,” Peters wrote. “Over my decade with Fox, I long was proud of the association. Now I am ashamed.”
