It's great! Well, in some ways, ultimately the more science that can be acquired is great. And of course it's all shared and even made public, so again, great.

Not too comfortable about the Israel launch. Nothing to do with Israel, but perhaps the free and unregulated distribution of spacecraft by private companies isn't a fantastic idea. This launch potentially indicates a new era of space travel. Which we should step into cautiously.

I mean the unregulated private launches of satellites has led us to the brink of a potentially serious case Kessler syndrome, and we all know thst we don't act until it's too late.

Good for them. But more impressive is the space craft from Japan that landed on an Asteroid and will return to Earth with Samples.

a complete waste of time, money and resources.

nothing less then a measuring contest between nations.

reply-B/S it's been done also any state that takes aid from another has no business spending money on space nonsense.

the only space mission i give a crap about is the JWST which has been delayed again,WTF.

Getting to the moon - and landing on it - is an extremely difficult task... I applaud any nation capable of managing the feat.
