    Where? In Venezuela where the president who was voted out is now using his military against his own people? In the middle East, where Sunni and Shia Muslims are fighting each other, and Iran wants to eradicate israel? Oh, you must mean eastern Europe where Russia is threatening to take back the republics that broke away when Russia couldn't support them any more. Where, is the U.S. an aggressor?
